A New Space for the Joy of Reading
Rotary Club of Kelaniya
This September, as Rotary District 3220 celebrates Basic Education and Literacy Month, we are proud to witness another meaningful step towards building brighter futures through education by our Rotary Club of Kelaniya
At Thibbatugoda Gamini Kanishta Vidyalaya, Ganemulla, a revitalized school library has been handed over to the school community, creating a more welcoming space where children can read, discover, imagine and learn.
Because sometimes, transforming a child’s future begins with something as simple as giving a book the right place to be opened.
From a refreshed library to a renewed love for reading, this project reminds us that when we invest in learning, we invest in generations to come.

Giving the joy of reading a new space to grow.
We acknowledge the President of Rotary Club of Kelaniya Rtn. Ranil Janaka and the dedicated members behind this initiative for turning service into a space where young minds can explore, dream and grow.
